The Harmonic Dream Dr - Gaby Yoga Nidra

Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation with Gaby, music background is from the pzizz application. A bit of background on this; I have lost all my possessions & music including hardware to the recent flood in Australia. I am lucky to be alive after clinging to the roof for 6 hours before being rescued. The house went under & this is my friend Gaby doing a guided mediation session to help with the anxiety. I had the foresight to pack a backpack with my laptop & even though all my own music is gone, I am still needing to be creative & defiant. https://www.mycause.com.au/p/277859/d... www.facebook.com/HarmonicDreamDr The Harmonic Dream Dr - Yoga Nidra with Gaby By djhdd is licensed under a Creative Commons License. #Meditation #yoganidra
