I have talked a lot about her, I think she’s really great, but I don’t think she’s broken!  While she can do insane damage and KO anyone on the field when her solo boost is up, she has a plethora of counters who can shut her out easily & she’s also just not that difficult to KO. She has great traits all around in every class that she can switch to, however, whenever she doesn’t have solo boost, she’s only really a threat to anybody but the Gorosei!
