They Couldn't See What God Was Doing | (Dark West Coast Christian Rap)

"MIND OF CHRIST" is an original Dark West Coast Christian Hip-Hop song inspired by 1 Corinthians 2—a powerful reminder that God's wisdom cannot be discovered through human understanding alone, but is revealed through His Spirit. Eye hasn't seen. Ear hasn't heard. What God has prepared cannot be discovered through the wisdom of this world. The rulers of this age thought they understood what was happening at the cross. But they didn't recognize the Lord of glory. What looked like foolishness to the world was the wisdom of God. And what the natural mind could never discover on its own, the Spirit of God has made known. *Are you thinking like the world—or learning to think like Christ?* The mind of Christ isn't a trophy for human intelligence. It's a gift that teaches us to see, discern, and understand according to God's truth. ----------- 📖 SCRIPTURE BEHIND THE SONG 1 Corinthians 2:6–7 — Paul speaks of God's wisdom, hidden in mystery and ordained before the ages for our glory, rather than the passing wisdom of this world. 1 Corinthians 2:8 — The rulers of this age did not understand God's wisdom. Had they understood, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. 1 Corinthians 2:9–10 — What eye has not seen and ear has not heard, God has revealed to us through His Spirit, who searches even the deep things of God. 1 Corinthians 2:11–12 — Just as a person's spirit knows their own thoughts, the Spirit of God knows the things of God. Believers have received the Spirit from God so they may understand what He has freely given. 1 Corinthians 2:13–14 — Spiritual truths are taught by the Spirit, while the natural person does not accept the things of God's Spirit because they are spiritually discerned. *1 Corinthians 2:15–16* — Paul concludes by declaring that believers have the mind of Christ. *Romans 12:2* — Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. *Philippians 2:5* — Have the same mind and attitude that was demonstrated in Christ Jesus. ----------- 🧠 *WHEN THE WORLD SAYS FOOLISH...* Remember the cross. When human wisdom says there's no way... Remember what God has revealed. When pride says you know everything... Walk in humility. When the culture tells you how to think... Return to the Word. Not every thought deserves a seat in your mind. Not every popular opinion is truth. Not everything the world celebrates reflects the wisdom of God. The Spirit doesn't lead us into pride. He leads us into truth. Into humility. Into a deeper understanding of what God has freely given through Christ. You don't need to impress the world with clever words to walk in God's wisdom. You need to know His Word. Depend on His Spirit. And learn to see through the truth revealed in Christ. Not the wisdom of this age. Not the spirit of this world. *THE MIND OF CHRIST.* 👇 What's one Scripture that has changed the way you think or see the world? ----------- 🛡️ *JOIN THE MOVEMENT* This is bigger than music—it's Kingdom sound.
