Smart Aquaculture Production Conference - Professor Han Jia Lin

The second Smart Aquaculture Production Conference took place on the 7 Spetember in Taipei as part of the Smart Taiwan Agriweek. The conference had three main session – diseases, feed and extrusion. The conference brought together experts from various sectors of aquaculture and cover different aspects of the industry – including feed production, fish health and nutrition, smart aquaculture and AI, farm management etc. Dr. Han-Jia Lin is a Distinguished Professor at National Taiwan Ocean University, a Council Member of the Asian Fisheries Society, and President of its Taiwan Branch. He is a recipient of the Outstanding Research Award from Taiwan’s National Science and Technology Council (NSTC). Dr. Lin is also the founder of Giant Bio Tech Inc., a university spin-off established to translate scientific discoveries into practical solutions for the aquaculture industry.
