Easy Strawberry Cake Recipe From Scratch! (Almost) This is THE BEST STRAWBERRY CAKE RECIPE!

Join me as I make this wonderful and easy strawberry layer cake for my daughter-in-law’s birthday! This cake is so good and so easy, it will become a family favorite! EASY STRAWBERRY CAKE RECIPE Ingredients: For the cake: White cake mix 1 TBS self rising flour 4 eggs 3/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup water 3 oz strawberry gelatin 1/2 cup frozen, sliced strawberries, thawed For the frosting: 1/2 cup butter 1 pound confectioners sugar 1/2 cup frozen, sliced strawberries, thawed Pinch of salt Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°. Mix the first 6 ingredients together. Beat for 2 minutes. Add the strawberries until well-incorporated. Grease and flour 2 round cake pans. Pour mixture evenly into pans and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until done. Place cakes on a rack until completely cool. Soften butter in mixer. Slowly beat in confectioners sugar. Add strawberries and a pinch of salt. Beat until completely mixed. You may add more strawberry juice to thin or more sugar to thicken. Frost cake. Keep refrigerated until serving.
