Dubai Property Market: Why Sales Fell 47%

Dubai property market, July to September 2026: the value of homes sold fell 47% on a year before, by Cavendish Maxwell's count. Against the spring, sales fell about 3%, ready homes sold more, and prices were only 1% to 4.5% lower.
