Japan 2024 | Day 3

Day 3 in Japan: teamLab Planets and Harajuku! 🎂 CJ feels better now, so he joined us for the day! 💙 And the biggest surprise: our son's best friend was already in Japan, but he didn't know. So we coordinated with his parents to surprise him for the day. The boys had the best time exploring Japan together, and it was an unforgettable homeschool experience for them to be able to travel the world during the school year. What other kid can say they spent their birthday with their best friend in a different country? 🙏🏽 We started the morning practicing letter sounds for homeschooling, then took the trains to teamLab Planets. We walked through water, floated in the balloon room, and wandered the garden. After lunch at the food market and a matcha stop, we had ramen and headed to Harajuku, where we stayed a longgg time at Capsule Lab. We tried to go to Kura multiple times this trip and it just didn't work out. It was always so packed and busy!
