M.A.S.K. Lunchbox Cyberdeck Build

I built a fully functional Raspberry Pi cyberdeck inside a vintage M.A.S.K. lunchbox. This started as a Raspberry Pi 5, a seven-inch touchscreen, a keyboard, a power system, a pile of adapters, and a stupid idea. Somehow it became a working portable Linux machine with custom boot screens, custom desktop graphics, custom icons, USB audio, speakers, a card reader, front USB ports, a headphone jack, Ethernet, a power button, internal storage, and a little local AI setup running through Ollama. The goal was not to make a normal laptop. A laptop is a consumer product. A cyberdeck is a personal machine. This build pulls from William Gibson, Neuromancer, 1980s cyberpunk, open-source hardware culture, Linux, Raspberry Pi projects, and the completely ridiculous idea that a child’s M.A.S.K. lunchbox could transform into a working field computer.
