In this latest Video in my motor testing series we try out the Core RC 15T closed can motor. I built the Frog using the stock speed gearing which uses a 19 tooth pinion. For all of these tests I am using this setup. My Frog is stock out of the box spec, only upgrades as follows: Metal ball bearings Hobbywing 1080 ESC Battery is a Turnigy Rapid 2S LiPo 7.4v stock class legal. I wasn't expecting too much from this motor, not going to lie. However, it turned in a fantastic performance matching the 34mph of the Tamiya Super Stock TZ, and it felt pretty good in the car. Impressed for what is a very cheap motor! I may just have an exceptional copy of the motor, its brand new and run in for a few minutes slowly before the speed run. Thanks again for stopping by and watching!
