In this video, Puff Ku brought me out once again to explore Taiwan’s breakfast scene! This time, we headed to 早安美芝城, one of Taiwan’s well-known breakfast chains, and got the chance to have the entire restaurant to ourselves! 早安美芝城 has been part of Taiwan’s breakfast culture for over 40 years. It started back in 1983 as a small breakfast shop called 美而美漢堡店 in Tainan, before officially becoming 早安美芝城 in 1995. Today, it has grown into a familiar breakfast chain across Taiwan, serving up a mix of Taiwanese and Western-style breakfast favourites, from burgers and sandwiches to egg pancakes and other breakfast staples.
