You Had Me At Drugs - Cheap Seats [Official Lyric Video]

It’s hard not to compare your life to everyone around you when it feels like they’re all moving forward and you’re still standing in the same place. CHEAP SEATS is about watching other people build careers, relationships and futures while feeling like a spectator in your own life. You keep telling yourself your time will come, that you’re still finding your way and that eventually everything will fall into place. But the years keep passing, opportunities disappear and those excuses become harder to believe. Deep down, you know life isn’t a race. Nobody else is keeping score. But that doesn’t stop the feeling that everyone else got the green light while you’re still waiting for permission to start. Maybe there was never a perfect time. Maybe you just have to get out of the cheap seats and fucking move.
