Hope in What Will Last

Sermon Text: Revelation 8:6–12 Speaker: Pastor Luke Herche Life is uncertain and full of troubles, and that is not unique to our day. It is true of every age. The book of Revelation was written to encourage regular people struggling with the uncertainties and troubles of life. In those times we naturally look for someplace solid to stand, but when everything in this world is unstable and insecure, we must look for the city which is to come. In this sermon on Revelation 8:6–12, in which judgements are poured out on the earth, Pastor Luke Herche shows that judgment is a call to repentance, present world powers are passing away, and so we put our hope in what will last.
