The BIGGEST Sports Complex in the DMV?!?! | The St. James 📍 Springfield, Virginia

In this video, we check out the LARGEST Sports Complex in Virginia, The St James. It has around 450,000+ sq ft, including a restaurant/cafe, a store, multiple turf fields, a rock climbing wall, basketball courts, hockey rinks, a swimming pool, a spa, a daycare, a gym, and so much more. This place has everything you could ever want and need if you're someone looking to continue training like an athlete this is the gym for you. We go through a brief tour of the building before getting into an Athletic Pull Day finishing off with a recap on everything the gym has to offer. Even in the 12 minutes of this video, I can't review every detail of the gym so I would highly recommend getting a day pass and checking it out yourself.
