Rhonda Shader | From Chamber Leadership to Public Service

Rhonda Shader has a long history with the North Orange County Chamber, serving as our 99th Board Chair in 2012 and playing a role during an important period in the Chamber’s evolution into the regional organization it is today. Rhonda has continued her involvement in public and community service and is currently a candidate for California State Senate District 34. As we prepare for S.H.E. Influences 2026 and celebrate women who step forward to lead, we are sharing this video as another example of how leadership and community involvement can extend far beyond the Chamber boardroom. Throughout our 133-year history, former Chamber leaders have gone on to serve their communities in business, education, nonprofit leadership, and public office. The North Orange County Chamber is a nonpartisan organization and does not endorse candidates for public office. The sharing of this video recognizes the Chamber and civic service of a former Board Chair and does not constitute an endorsement of any candidate.
