This SpongeBob Episode Always Felt Wrong

SpongeBob SquarePants was practically my entire childhood, but for whatever reason, one particular episode always left me feeling a little... unsettled. In this episode of Older October, we're revisiting "The Secret Box," an otherwise innocent SpongeBob episode about Patrick, a mysterious cardboard box, and a secret he refuses to share with his best friend. Between the surprisingly intense friendship drama, Patrick's downright sinister laughter, and that unforgettable ending, there's something about this episode that always rubbed me the wrong way.
