Open your phone and look at your apps. One of them might be a fake bank app you never installed. It's sitting there right now with your bank's logo — waiting for you to tap it and type your password. You didn't download it. A scam link, a bad app, or someone who touched your phone did. Most people never notice until their account is empty.
