I Finally Gigged the Nano Cortex - Replacing my pedalboard with the XSonic Airstep CTX

I've always loved the captures on the Neural DSP Nano Cortex, but the two-footswitch limitation made me reluctant to take it to a gig. As a session and live guitarist, I need to be able to flick on drives, delays, and boosts just like a traditional pedalboard. That all changed when XSonic sent me the Airstep CTX. In this video, I walk through exactly how I set up this wireless footswitch to unlock the full potential of the Nano Cortex. I created a single preset featuring a capture of my Viceroy LT amp and mapped the Airstep to control a Blues Driver, an Exotic boost, an EQ solo boost, and a tap tempo delay. I also took this tiny rig direct-to-front-of-house (FOH) at my last gig with 52nd State.
