31 Days of Halloween Movies: Day 18 - "Shelby Oaks"

October 18th 2026 31 Days of Halloween Movies Challenge Day 18 "Shelby Oaks" Hulu Filmmaker Chris Stuckmann brings us a scary film about a paranormal team that goes missing and the lengths a sister will go to find her sibling who is the team leader. When a man shows up on her porch with a video tape she takes matters into her own hands. Shot part docudrama, part found footage it makes one ponder what exactly you would do if your loved one went missing. Just when you think it's just another killer, it changed gear and brings a different supernatural element into the picture. I was happy to see Chris is now making films of this quality, my son and I have watched his YouTube film review channel for years. Hopefully this will be the first of many. it's always a breath of fresh air to see someone get where they want to in life by working hard at their craft. Check it out, it's worth a watch! 3.5 out of 5 stars on Hulu
