31 Days of Halloween Movies: Day 19 - "Night Patrol"

October 19th 2026 31 Days of Halloween Movies Day 19 "Night Patrol" (Hulu) Justin Long and Phil Brooks (CM Punk) star in this cop verses gangs police horror drama where the members of the "Night Patrol" have a secret that makes them unstoppable being dirty cops. When the projects gang members realize what they are up against as the go after them to harvest, they rely on super natural forces to help them fight this ancient evil. Ok, this one didn't really do it for me at all. if I'm doing online shopping during a film, you know it's definitely not for me. It starts very slow and has a really hard time with conveying it's story, plus trying to figure out who exactly the main character is in that story. Although I do like the concept, it just wasn't executed well. There was some new takes on the super beings the night patrol team were, but again, it just had a hard time selling you on the idea. I will say the acting was descent enough and it's shot well, it just wasn't my cup of tea. You may watch it and love up, I'll stick to the many other real good films about these monsters. 2 out of 5 stars on Hulu
