This trip was so fun and if you having questions leave them in the comments The main thing about Ketchikan is that it's super crowded. Whenever we were there, it was about 18,000 other cruise ships passengers that were also there. The city is very populated and most restaurants have a very long line. And also because there's so many ships, only about three ships can park next to the downtown of Ketchikan while 2 to 3 other ships have to park a 10 minute drive away this will make you take the free shuttle down into downtown, but it takes time and there is also lines getting on the shuttle and going back to the ship. that is what happened to us as we had to take the shuttle but the good news about those ships is that there is a massive souvenir shop that is only for the that harbor. It is the biggest souvenir shop in all of Alaska and the prices there are really good so there is one good thing about if you if you park far away. The excursion that we had done in Ketchikan was snorkeling, which was really fun and if you like snorkeling, I would definitely recommend to do it. The next part that we had gone to was icy straight point. or also known as hoonah. from what we saw, the town honestly wasn't much and it's only about 800 people live there. The excursion we had done was fly fishing, which was really fun. The nice thing was that it wasn't too crowded or anything and it was also very pretty. The third port we went to was Sitka. Sitka was super beautiful. There were snow cap mountains everywhere and there was also fields and volcanoes. The town was nice and big, but it was pretty populated. You do have to park your cruise ship far away from the downtown though it's about a 15 to 20 minute shuttle ride that you have to take to get there but like can there are souvenir shops out right next to the ship that I thought were the best ones. Our excursion for here was a tour, which was really fun and there's just lots of really cool things to do in Sitka and I like it a lot. Our last part was Skagway. There are three different docs, but one of them will make you take a one minute shutter ride because of landslide issues or whatever and it's very annoying because we had you have to wait about 30 minutes for the line. Skyway was a nice historic downtown now and we did two things here which was gonna hike, smokers Cove, and do the white pass railway. I like Skagway I was really pretty, but just make sure to give yourself time getting on and off the ship just because of the couple minute shuttle but your ship might not have to do this depending on where it docks. The last part that we did was Seward because this is where our cruise ended the main thing in Seward is probably the kenai Fords, which is what we had done we had done a tour on a boat. The Kenai Ford was really cool and get to see glaciers and I would probably recommend doing that in Seward. Also, we took a train from Seward to Anchorage for our flight was and I would recommend doing that because that was really fun. My personal rankings of all the ports probably goes Sitka, Skagway, Seward, icy straight point, and then ketichaian just based off of beauty, crowds, activities, and amenities #cinematic #travel #mountains #photography #alaska #cruise 0:00 Vancouver 3:38 Ketchikan 6:00 Icy strait point 7:36 Sitka 9:20 Skagway 11:50 At sea day 13:26 Kenai Fjords and ending
