Royal Caribbean Ovation of the Seas Alaska Northbound Cruise Ward Cove Ketchikan Creek Street

First stop and my 49th state Alaska!!! We got off in Ward Cove and made our way to one of the early busses downtown! Instead of shopping first we high-tailed it to Creek Street before it got busy. And of course a geocache!!! Then a self guided walking tour, Creek Street, Married Man Trail, River, Fish Hatchery and back to the marina so Dexter could cast some lines. He caught something unusual. Had a beer at the Arctic Bar. Did a little shopping, but the best shopping was back at Ward Cove. We did the Northstar again at the cove then some hot tub and Dog House! We left, had dinner and then searched for whales while floating through all the channels. A great day!
