Join me and distillery manager Cooper Sleeman at the Spring Mill Distillery in Guelph Ontario. John Sleemans and Sons is a reknown beer brand in Canada and now also a world class whisky producer. It was a pleasure to talk to Cooper about their passionate family project and their 4 types of whisky. They are dedicated to make a whisky for every taste, so they produce Canadian style rye whisky, American "bourbon" style, Scottish style single malt and Irish style whisky.
