Cockatiel Gang: Mifilifiyuw Grifisifiyuw

Millet grass. This was the first time we gave millet grass to our cockatiels as food, though it ended up serving more as a toy for them. As usual, they nibbled and chewed on it a bit, but a lot of it just fell to the ground; it really seems better suited as a toy. Cockatiels love to gnaw on things—tearing, ripping, or peeling away at them with their beaks. If there’s a green plant nearby that is safe for them, they’ll usually gnaw at it until it’s completely destroyed.
