Technique of the Week w/ Yasmin Soto (RNC & Arm Bar from Back Mount)

Yasmin Soto is a trailblazer in Brazilian jiu-jitsu whose journey began on the sidelines watching her children train. Inspired by their dedication, she stepped onto the mats and quickly rose through the ranks, earning her black belt in 2015. Yasmin is deeply passionate about giving back to the sport—coaching kids in classes and tournaments, and empowering young children and women through martial arts. As both a mentor and role model, she continues to inspire others within the BJJ community.
