Bicol Trip, Part 3 Santa Elena Andaya Junction to Labo, Camarines Norte

Bicol Trip, Part 3 starts near the junction of Andaya Highway in Santa Elena, Camarines Sur. Weather was fine during the start of the segment but upon reaching Santa Elena town proper, it started to rain which is literally pouring. Though it is that not ideal for capturing, did it anyway since the road conditions is still clear. This part of AH-26 has its own share of twisties but not too inclined which could have made the drive enjoyable. There are some stretches undergoing road repairs & two bridges under construction but the detour is okay. Decided to take this route in going south so both AH-26 & Andaya Highway can be recorded. Trip ends at Hills & Garden Restaurant in Labo hoping the rain will abate after lunch. This restaurant serves good bulalo which is fitting for the weather. Enjoy the trip & drive safely everyone!!!!
