When Flywheel FAILS Honda CRV

This Honda CR-V came to the shop for a DPF removal , but it turns out it need something additional to that . The terrible clicking sound from the engine bay , was coming from somewhere btw the engine and the gearbox . So what can that be ? We found out that this car has completely failed flywheel ( the springs inside was totally failed ) , and improperly installed clutch pack .
