The Sacraments of the Eucharist and Confession

In this session we will delve deeper into the purpose for the Sacraments of the Eucharist and Confession and discuss how these Sacraments cure us through the practice of the Orthodox Christian faith. First we will explore the mystery of the Eucharist as a means to commune with God and receive eternal life. Then we will discuss repentance, what true repentance looks like, and how we can attain forgiveness from our sins through the Sacrament of Confession. Then we will learn from experts in unseen warfare how we should receive the Eucharist so that we might receive from it the power of Christ to overcome our sins and passions and our spiritual enemies to properly commune with God.
