The Mind Cannot Answer This Question

There is one thing you know for sure. You are. Not as a belief. Not as a thought. Not as a concept. As a direct fact. In this video, we explore the simple but radical recognition of I AM. What happens when you stop trying to answer the question with your mind and instead check your direct experience? Are you? What are you without your name, your history, your body, your role, your thoughts, and your story? The mind can describe you. But can it actually reveal what you are? This is the heart of Self-Realization within I AM X. To turn attention away from everything that comes and goes, and return to what remains true regardless of the state you are experiencing. Existence is here. Awareness is here. You are here. And in the direct recognition of that fact, there is freedom, wholeness, silence, and truth. Do not merely think about it. Check.
