The Final Show of My 2026 Bodybuilding Season | PCA British Finals

The final show of my 2026 bodybuilding season! After months of prep, three competitions and a lot of hard work, it’s finally time to step on stage one last time this year. In this video, I take you along for the PCA British Finals, from getting ready in the morning to heading to the venue and stepping on stage. It’s been a massive year for me, and I’m really happy with the progress I’ve made. Now it’s time to enjoy a bit of downtime before getting back to work and focusing on growing for next season. A massive thank you to everyone who’s supported me throughout prep. I really do appreciate it! If you’ve enjoyed following the journey, make sure to like the video and subscribe. There’ll be plenty more bodybuilding and gym ownership content coming. Instagram: @blades.fitness @fitunionkent #bodybuilding #PCABritishFinals #bodybuildingprep #showday #gymowners
