मन और आत्मा अलग हैं: गहरी नींद इसका प्रमाण है | Anandmurti Gurumaa

In this profound excerpt, Revered Gurudev Anandmurti Gurumaa explores a fundamental question of Vedanta: Are the mind and the Self one, or are they separate? Through the experience of deep sleep and the analogy of the moon’s reflection, Gurudev reveals the distinction between the ever-changing mind and the unchanging Self—the Witness of waking, dreaming and deep sleep. Who is the ‘I’ that knows the presence and absence of the mind? Who is the one that remains when the mind is silent? A profound contemplation on the mind, Consciousness, the Self and the Witness, and the Vedantic inquiry into Who am I? #AnandmurtiGurumaa #AdvaitaVedanta #Sakshi #Consciousness #SelfEnquiry #Satsang You can email your spiritual questions for revered Gurudev Anandmurti Gurumaa to samvaad@gurumaa.com - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Get your daily dose of wisdom!
