The Rat Pack and Their Friends Then and Now: Who Is Still With Us?

In 1960, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr., Peter Lawford and Joey Bishop took over the Sands in Las Vegas while they filmed Ocean's 11, and the world called them the Rat Pack. But the story began years earlier, in the Holmby Hills home of Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall, where Judy Garland was named first vice president and Sinatra was pack master. What became of them and of the friends who shared the screen with them? We follow Bogart, Bacall, Garland, Sinatra, Martin, Jerry Lewis, Sammy Davis Jr., Lawford, Bishop, Cesar Romero, Richard Conte, Akim Tamiroff, Henry Silva, Bing Crosby and Barbara Rush, and we meet the three friends still with us in 2026: Angie Dickinson, 95, Shirley MacLaine, 92, and Ruta Lee, 91. Facts in this video were checked against Wikipedia and the news reports, obituaries and references it cites.
