Tropical Plants & Summer Inspiration at The Secret Garden of Louth

Today's video is a mid-August summer tour of The Secret Garden of Louth as I return to this stunning tropical style exotic garden created and lovingly cared for by Jennifer & Rodger Grasham for over 30 years. Despite the heatwaves and drought, their lush jungle planting is looking as colourful and exuberant as ever (with a lot of hard work, feeding and watering!) and it's a pleasure seeing so many rare plant collections, exotic summer flowering plants at their peak and incredible container plant displays for ideas and inspiration. With unusual trees, sought-after shrubs and ginormous houseplants decorating the garden - this is a diverse and beautiful space, truly plant paradise for those of us who enjoy growing exotic plants and the wilder side of horticulture! Apologies the audio isn't up to the standard I'd like it to be, I've tried my best to work on it after having to resort to my back-up recording option but I hope you enjoy this summer garden tour despite that.
