A Calif. Zephyr in Ft. Morgan on 28OCT2026

This morning's California Zephyr #5 arrived in Fort Morgan at 0555 MDT (10 min. late). The power from P42s #188 & #203 (Op. Lifesaver livery) brought the typical 8-car consist to a stop with car 7 (coach) to the station platform for the boarding of 2 new patrons. There were no detraining travelers. With the station work safely completed, Sam gave the departure order and on a clear signal, the Zephyr continued its westward run with the next stop being Union Station in Denver.
