Buying land in Lombok? WATCH THIS BEFORE YOU BUY!

🌴 Buying land in Lombok? WATCH THIS BEFORE YOU BUY! That ocean view might steal your heart, but choosing the right plot of land in Lombok takes a lot more than falling in love with the scenery! 🌊 We’re two teachers from the Gold Coast who took the leap into property development in Indonesia. After buying land and building our first villa, Villa Qiandra, we’ve learned some valuable lessons along the way. In this video, we unpack what you MUST consider before buying land in Lombok, including: 📍 Location and future development 📄 Land titles, legal due diligence and ownership structures 🏗️ Zoning, building approvals and permits 🚗 Road access and shared infrastructure costs 💧 Water, electricity and internet ⛰️ Soil, drainage and site preparation 🤝 Local communities, neighbours and future development 💰 The REAL cost of buying land, beyond the advertised price 🧭 Why finding a trusted mentor could be one of your best decisions We’ll also share real figures from our own experience developing Villa Qiandra, including our land purchase and pre-construction costs. Our biggest lesson? Don’t just buy the land. Understand what you’re buying, what you can do with it, and what it will REALLY cost. We’re not here to sell you a dream. We’re sharing our journey, the lessons we’ve learned and the things we wish we’d known earlier. 👇 LET’S TALK! If you were buying land in Lombok, what would be your number one priority?
