Not everything in my sewing room came from a quilt shop!
When we lived in a small town in rural Pennsylvania, a trip to a specialty sewing store often meant a long drive down rural roads. Instead, I found myself wandering thrift stores, HomeGoods, and other local shops wondering:
"Could this work in my sewing room?"
Over the years I've discovered that some of my favorite quilting and organization tools weren't actually made for sewing at all! Today I'm sharing ten unexpected items that have earned a permanent place in my sewing room.
