This is how MEPANDES Ceremony in Bali looks like

This video was taken in 2019, during my Mepandes ceremony. Mepandes is a traditional Balinese Hindu ceremony that symbolizes the transition toward adulthood and the purification of six negative traits known as Sad Ripu. It is an important spiritual milestone in a Balinese Hindu’s life, marking a step toward maturity. I’m sharing this video as a little memory of that day and to give you a glimpse of what a Mepandes ceremony looks like in Bali. I hope you enjoy watching! 🤍 #Mepandes #Balinese #Bali
