ISHCMC-AA Global Be Well Day | 2024

For this year's annual Global Be Well Day, our Sun Bears got to enjoy activities that educated them about Restful Sleep, Moderate to Vigorous Exercises, Fulfilling Activities, Giving to Help a Cause, Connecting With Self and Others, and Healthy Balanced Diet. They all got to have fun and work on their wellbeing at the same time! Stay well, Sun Bears!
