How To Can LAMB STEW - Let's Do This!!!

Today I'm canning a simple Lamb stew recipe. Using carrots, potatoes, celery, onions, garlic, tomato paste, broth, a few spices, and of course the star of the show, Lamb. This method is raw packing, meaning that all of the ingredients are raw. the water in my canner is room temperature and so is my broth. if you don't have broth or bouillon cubes, you can simply Add Water.
