A quarter mile of Santa Anita Avenue in Arcadia is looking at 859 new units across three projects. South Pasadena's old school district block is half restored and half still waiting on someone to build it. Rosemead's food hall quietly pushed its opening back a full year. And Monrovia just approved something I don't think belongs where they're putting it. 2 of these 5 I don't think work for 2 completely different reasons.
