RECIPE — Crockpot Pineapple Brown Sugar Ham
Ingredients:
• 7-9 lb bone in spiral cut ham
• 1 can (20 oz) pineapple rings, juice reserved
• 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, not drained
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 3 tbsp butter, melted
• 3 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp dijon mustard
• ½ tsp ground cloves
• Maraschino cherries for topping
• Fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions:
1. Place spiral cut ham flat side down in crockpot.
2. Mix brown sugar, melted butter, honey, dijon mustard, cloves and reserved pineapple juice together until smooth. Pour
over ham.
3. Spoon crushed pineapple over and around the ham.
4. Lay pineapple rings over the top of the ham. Place a maraschino cherry in the center of each ring.
5. Cook on LOW 4-6 hours until ham is heated through and glaze is caramelized.
6. Spoon drippings generously over the ham before serving.
7. Transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh rosemary and extra pineapple rings and cherries. Serve immediately.
Tips:
★ Spiral cut ham is already cooked — you're just heating through and building incredible flavor.
★ Spoon drippings over the ham every hour for extra caramelization.
★ The crushed pineapple dissolves into the glaze and makes it incredibly rich and flavorful.
★ Let ham rest 10 minutes before serving for the cleanest slices.
