Fowler Roller No 19045 Return to Steam

This is a video recording some of the work carried out on Fowler Roller No 19045 by Universal Steam Engineering Ltd, to return her to steam after failing her boiler exam at the end of 2019. The video ends with shots from Boxing Day 2021 road run, after the roller had returned to Southampton. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic and non-existent rally season , the decision was made after the boiler work had been completed. To have some mechanical work done on the roller, this was finished and the roller returning home the weekend before Christmas.
