Data Manipulation: Origin 8.5.1: Prepare a matrix from worksheet data using XYZ gridding

It is very common for Origin users to have data in the format of X, Y, and Z coordinates in worksheet columns, and want to use that data to prepare a surface plot or other 3D plot type. This requires gridding the data, or interpolating new Z values, at regularly spaced X and Y values. This video demonstrates the proceedure with a simple example.
