Landrover Defender 200 TDI No Crank No Start

Landrover defender 200TDI The motor was originally brought in to replace the clutch slave cylinder but once that repair was carried out it decided it didn't want to start. Customer had said it was intermittent so it was in the right place for it to decide to give up completely.
