So I spent the next year figuring out how to make it myself. This is the story of how Bicarb started. The failed iterations, the $1,200 in Amazon experiments, the email from a competitor's chairman, the contract manufacturer who wanted 40% and 10% of the company, and why we ended up building our own manufacturing operation.
