🚀 Welcome to CODEVAJRA — Engineering • Innovation • National Security
In this video, we present the complete CodeVajra project, a modular engineering demonstrator combining embedded hardware, sensor integration, telemetry, data validation, live monitoring, and digital simulation.
The project demonstrates how physical sensor data can move through a complete engineering pipeline:
SENSE → ACQUIRE → VALIDATE → PROCESS → STREAM → VISUALIZE → SIMULATE → DEMONSTRATE
🔧 Hardware Demonstration
The prototype is built around an ESP32 DevKit and includes:
ESP32 DevKit — central controller
BMP280 — temperature & pressure sensing
MPU6050 — motion sensing
NEO-6M — GNSS/NMEA data
0.96" I²C OLED — local monitoring
LEDs — system status indication
Touch sensor & buzzer — demonstration interfaces
Breadboard and jumper-based modular wiring
We explain the circuit architecture, I²C communication, UART communication, sensor integration, data acquisition, and module-by-module testing.
📡 Data & Telemetry
The ESP32 collects sensor information and performs basic validation and system-health checks before sending data through:
USB Serial → Structured Telemetry
and
Wi-Fi → Local Browser Dashboard
The dashboard provides sensor readings, graphs, system status, communication information, and event logs.
🖥️ CodeVajra Simulator
The project also includes a browser-based digital simulation environment featuring:
Interactive 3D visualization
Point-A-to-Point-B demonstration
Synthetic weather scenarios
Virtual system states
Telemetry visualization
Event logging
System-health monitoring
Digital demonstration environment
A key design principle is the clear separation between REAL HARDWARE DATA and SIMULATED DATA.
🧪 Testing & Validation
The development workflow includes:
I²C Discovery → Sensor Testing → GNSS Communication → Data Validation → ESP32 Integration → Telemetry → Dashboard → Simulation
This modular approach helps identify problems at individual stages before complete system integration.
🎯 Project Objective
CodeVajra demonstrates how embedded hardware can be connected with software visualization and controlled simulation to create a traceable, modular, and reusable engineering platform for learning, experimentation, testing, and technical demonstration.
Safe tabletop demonstrator and illustrative digital simulation — not an operational ballistic or weapon-control system.
