Mac Mini Dev Server Setup Part 2: VS Code Remote, tmux, Claude Code & Remote Reboots

Part 2 of turning a Mac mini into a headless dev server. Part 1 got us to SSH and Tailscale; this one makes it something you can actually work on every day.
