Kotor, Montenegro | Cable Car, Sunset and Alpine Coaster

One evening, we took the Kotor Cable Car up into the mountains above the Bay of Kotor to enjoy the views in the fading light. Starting from the base station near Kotor, we rode the cable car up to the upper station, where the evening atmosphere gave the whole landscape a magical new feel. Although we had already visited the upper station earlier that day by road, returning in the twilight made the views over the bay feel completely different. At the top, we took in the view, watched the setting sun cast a golden glow over the mountains, and — at our little one’s insistence — had another ride on the Alpine Coaster.
