Through a series of live sticky-note exercises, you'll name what's weighing on you, map where your mental load really concentrates — across household, kids, relationship, and more — and leave with one concrete thing you're ready to change or hand off. This is a hands-on, interactive working session, built to be felt, heard, and seen.
