Touring a new construction home in Thompson’s Station, Tennessee with one of the most unusual home-office layouts I’ve come across. The office caught my attention first—but as I walked through the house, there were several other design decisions that made this one worth slowing down and looking at more carefully. Some of them were excellent. Others were the kind of details I’d want a buyer to notice before deciding whether a home is actually worth the price.
