Camino Ingles, Day 3

Betanzos to Bruma, Galicia, Spain 15 miles Wowza, the toughest day! Started around 7:30 am. Once again, with a steep climb out of town in the dark. Once the sky lightened up, we saw a beautiful sunrise. I got to ring a church bell, which was the highlight of my day. We had a lot of uphill before reaching our first stop at mile 7.5. Coffee and a sandwich before getting back out there. Today was the first day the sun has been fully out, which was nice until it got hot. Thankfully there was a lot of shade from trees. A ton of more up hill until we FINALLY got to down hill and finish the day with the hotel shuttle ride. A dip in the pool and some relaxing to finish the day.
